1. Introduction

E-Learning Wahid Foundation is a platform that provides online-based training services for Wahid Foundation partners. E-Learning Wahid Foundation is operated by Wahid Foundation.

2. Terms of Access and Use

By using Wahid Foundation E-Learning, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. These terms of use may be changed or updated by Wahid Foundation from time to time.

Wahid Foundation provides access to E- Learning Wahid Foundation to Wahid Foundation partners who have registered and been approved. Access to E- Learning Wahid Foundation may be restricted by Wahid Foundation in accordance with its policies.

You may only use E- Learning Wahid Foundation for lawful and unlawful purposes. You may not use E- Learning Wahid Foundation for any unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Distribute content that is illegal, harmful or offensive;
• Interfere with or damage Wahid Foundation E-Learning or its underlying systems or networks;
• Attempt to access Wahid Foundation E-Learning in an unauthorized manner.

3. Account Registration

To access some parts of this E-Learning, you will need to register and create a user account. You are responsible for all information you provide during the registration process, and you must keep your account password confidential.

All materials, content, and resources available on this E-Learning are protected by copyright. You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute or modify any materials without the express written permission of Wahid Foundation.

5. Disclaimer

You agree to use this E-Learning only for legitimate purposes, including online-based training provided by Wahid Foundation partners. You may not use this E-Learning for illegal, disruptive, or destructive purposes.

6. User Content

If you post or submit user content to E-Learning, you are solely responsible for that content. You agree not to post content that violates the law, copyright, or privacy rights of others. Wahid Foundation reserves the right to remove content deemed to violate these terms.

6. Account Termination

Wahid Foundation reserves the right to terminate a user’s account without notice if a violation of these terms and conditions is found.

7. Applicable Law

These terms of use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from the use of this E-Learning will be resolved in a family manner, and if it does not find a solution, it will be processed using the courts to the authorities in the jurisdiction of Indonesia.
